Бан распространяется на оба сервера. Рекомендую вам играть на вашей сборке, которую вы рекламировали, с ваших слов она "похожа на сисину", по этому вы ничего не потеряете.

Попробуйте VPN https://1.1.1.1/ Либо спросите у игроков на сервере, которые ранее играли через VPN, каким именно пользовались они в тот момент.

Ну почитайте в интернете, как чистить конфиги. У меня при заходе в кс в консоли нет рекламы, у вас на скрине обратное. Судя по трассировке у вас все нормально с коннектом, если я не ошибаюсь.
